good question. I think that peoples wants are constantly evolving. However the one thing that is constant is the desire to have what is out of reach. People will always be curious above all else. The things which we dont or can not have generate the most curiosity in us. The only want I really know is that thing ill neverhave

Good question. Those who admit to not knowing what they want will be ostracized as wishy washy, so people need to act like they know what they want even if they don't. Maybe some people really do know what they want, but these would be a minority.

I'd have to say that people know what they want at that time but every few days, weeks, or even months those people are bond to change there minds. Everyone does. It's human nature.... I know cause i do it all the time.

No. If people knew what they wanted I don't believe there would be so much despair, emptiness, loneliness, and longing in people's hearts. People wouldn't spend so much time working to acquire more things which only lead to more want. People wouldn't spend so much time searching.

No they don't. When people want something, they always want more. Wants are unlimited. And you may not always know about these wants. When you want one thing, you subconsciously want another thing. You just don't know it.
