That has not been confirmed. Lauren Graham is willing to sign on for another season. They are in talks for an 8th season, they were thinking of ending the show with Rory's graduation from Yale. But who knows.

Ive heard rumors that it is ending, but it isnt a confirmed rumor yet, alexis bledel isnt wanting to continue but Lauren graham is wiling to do another season, the writing of the show started going downhill at the end of season five.

I love the show to death, but it's not what it used to be, now that ASP and hubby left. I think they're just trying to wrap things up to the best of their ability.
