How do I set up versamail on my palm with .Mac account?

I have a Zire 71 and I just got versamail. I want to add my .Mac account email to my palm and sync with hot sync. However I do not know the exact configurations. POP IMAP ? And port numbers. I am also not sure if or if not to include @mac.com behind the account names. If anyone has done this please help. I am using a windows computer to update the palm as my Mac is a laptop.

I already checked said website. Do i need a special connection to get mail or can i just do it by syncing with the computer via hotsync since a zire 71 does not have the ability to connect to the internet

The account MailMac has been configured as an IMAP client on either the desktop or the handheld, but not on both. This mis-configuration cannot continue through the HotSync operation.
VersaMail - None of the accounts are configured for HotSync. Use the conduit to configure accounts to HotSync

Finally resolved the problem. a combination of a lot of things i think, not sure exactly what i finally did to get it to work
