No, Hogan is a very familiar and common last name and a lot of people have it, they weren't relate it or else it would be in the news.

Oh now they have to be related because she changed from her real name. Hello tons of people are named Smith yet are not related. Do you see a resemblance?

no they're not related. That's her actual last name. Hulk just made his up...it's really Bollea. Terry Bollea to be exact. But i thought the same thing at first..and then i remembered his real name wasn't hulk :P
