Freedom of Speech Only Limited laws can be placed
Right to bear arms.
Right to a speedy and fair trial.
Look at the Bill of Rights.

Policing, Health and welfare of the citizens are reserved to the State Governments

Taxes can not be levied without representation

Legislature can only make law

Presidency can only enforce law

Courts can only Interpret laws
