It depends on what you call the largest.
If you consider the overall mass, then the Great Indian Bison (Bos Gaurus) is the largest hooved animal, it is over 6 feet at shoulder and heavier than the African buffalo. However, in terms of dimensions, the giraffe is of course the largest.
