I wrote to Sweden to try and get geneology information and this was sent back in an e-mail to me. This was how the letter ended: Mvh

I tried 3 translation sites, but they didn't translate from Swedish to English. (Bable Fish,Babylon and Free Translation)

It's bureaucratic lingo, and somewhat of a standard phrase. It means roughly:

Submitted/Forwarded/Sent to be processed / dealt with / handled by you.

översändes = submitted
er handläggning = your processing, handling, dealing with

This is what a public authority would write when it hands over a matter to another authority which is better suited to deal with it.
