A watch, wallet, cologne, I'm not really sure, I hate getting people gifts but I'm sure he's thinking the same thing, so don't worry.

Dear God please don't get him anything that a girl recommends, he'll say how nice it is while thinking how lame it and you are.
Look around - what do other 14 year old guys like. iTunes gift cards, Mobile Minutes, movie passes, etc. Get him something that he WILL like, not something that you WOULD LIKE him to like.

depends on what he likes, if he likes music get him a c.d, if he likes to wear guy-jewlery get him a braclet or necklace or something, if he is a videogame freak get him a game.
