A bar magnet would, in some instances, be more powerful than a naturally occurring magnet. This would likely be the case with equal sized pieces of bar magnet and lodestone. However, there are natural magnets that are much more powerful - such as those created during volcanic eruptions and flowing metal-based magma. The cores of some planets would also be stronger.

Bar magnets are definitely more powerful than natural magnets..
This is because natural magets or loadstone have a lot of impurities in it inhibiting its magnetic ability, but the bar maget is made of pure iron and hence does not contain any impurities making the magnet really strong.

IT is fact that bar magnet is more powerful than natural magnet, because these are difference. Difference in Mass,atomic relation and magnetism. But my friend now in science the definition of magnet is totally wrong.Actually this is great question of relativity .It is my view and I prove it in future . thanks you.
