I have a desktop computer which had been bought two years ago. I want to install Windows Vista. I ran Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor and it tells that your computer cannot run Windows Vista. It tells that my computer does not have enough RAM and Hard Disk space, does not have a good graphics card to run WIndows Aero, no TV Tuner card, etc. I am thinking whether it is advisable to buy a new desktop caomputer or just upgrade the old one. But my friend who is computer expert tells that my old computer does not any more slots to increase the Hard Disk Space. I want to know your opinion. Please Help!!! Thanks!!!

Sounds like it is time for a new computer. I advise using this free $500 Gift Card from Best Buy to put towards it too! http://urlx.org/5ea50 That should save you a bundle of cash!

I'd stick with the computer you have, for now. Vista still has a few bugs in it. Wait about six months, then buy a new computer system. Don't bother trying to upgrade your old one, because the whole system is obsolete

Quite honestly, just stick with your present pc. Vista is bound to have bugs requiring updates and Service Packs, and your pc is only two years old. If it's performing well for you, why upgrade?

dont bother getting a new computer yet, just wait until more things require it to run programs. Besides there WILL be problems for a while until patches are made
