I think we live in very dangerous times, Iran is connected to both Russia and China, I am not sure that China would be a problem as we and they are huge trade partners and China has made much progress in the world and seems to have very intelligent leaders. Russia may be hampered by money but would still I think be on the Iranians. Attacking Iran would to no end would upset the Arab world. Iran itself would probably be helpless in a few days of our repeated shock and awe attacks. However I think you would see terrorist attacks against us. Nuclear war, possibly, World war probably, retaliation certainly.

There will be no nuclear war, it will all be conventional, first recon/spec ops disabling radar/sam/aa, then come in our fighters, then the marines, and here comes the army, however, with troop numbers so low, no draft, we've already sent out national guard overseas, so there goes NATIONAL defense, maybe we can get a couple of boy scouts to run this thing. Expect a war of harsh words and more and more pissed off muslim extremists that hitch the first ride to our new battleground, Iraq. Mission Accomplished!

Joe that is a silly question. Triggering a nuclear war means that someone uses nukes. Bush using tactical nukes is a nuclear war. The question is do you think that Iran will trigger a nuclear war with their obsession to obtain nukes?

I don't believe that Iran already developed a nucleair weapen, they are just working on it. If the USA would invade Iran at this moment, there will be no danger of a nucleair war. But I never think that a new war is intended. with all the mess in Irak, there is no possibele way that a war against Iran will be approved.

If Iran gets nukes, there will be a nuclear war in the region. It is highly unlikely that the US will attack with nukes first.

I give it 50/50 that Israel will attack, if the US does not.

I don't believe Bush would do any thing so imbecile , for first his mandate runs out in 2008 and don't believe he would like to leave his desk with such a devastating mark on his shoulders , second I believe the people would impeach him and try him as a criminal for using such a nuclear weapon , nuclear weapons are there only to balance relations .

Iran doesn't have the capability to attack the U.S directly. Should we nuke them, they would have no choice but attack what we rely on to undermine us... our oil, our allies, our imports and exports. America is like a fat man playing dodge ball. Even if he is good, it's hard not to miss no matter how far away he is. Should Iran have the ability to strike U.S soil, by that time we will be able to protect ourselves proficiently. Remember, America, though it may be the greatest country in the world, will not last forever.
