cold weather makes your car run richer, you use more gas. Don't add a treatment to your gas, it will NOT help.
ps. I live in WI so I feel your pain.

Most definetely yes. A fuel system tune up will restore a good part of your gas mileage. Remember that to maximize mileage you must do a full fuel delivery system tune up. this includes:
1. Gas tank treatment(cleans injectors)
2. Valve and Combustion Chamber Cleaner(cleans carbon deposits in valve train system)
3. Throttle body cleaner (cleans air intake deposits)
These services are only available @ professional car shops and range from 60 to 150 dollars since they require special equiptment and a trained technician.
You must also take in consideration that after 60k miles engines start to deteriorate. A higher fuel grade will keep performance up. Your car is a base model and required only reg. unleaded when new, but i will recommend you to start using a better grade now (e.g. plus gasoline) and in the long run youll spend less in maintanence. I live in Chicago and @ this time of year is normal for cars to spend a little more gas due to frigid temperatures; take this also into consideration. And last but not least, make sure you emission system is in good working order. A bad O2 sensor will kill your gas mileage and on the long run may cost you a catalystic converter.
Good luck :) and safe motoring.

They are all pretty good. I prefer the STP and its been effective, but I also found that just buying the more expensive gas got better gas mileage the all three choices. What some of those choices do is clean some deposits inside the engine to give it a little more pep as well as high octane level.

Gas treatments will not help.
Your thermostat may not be closing all the way, causing the engine to never reach full operating temperature. This will hurt your fuel economy by keeping the car out of overdrive, keeping the fuel system from operating in closed feedback loop, etc. If the heater does not get really hot, that's your culprit.
You can also put cardboard over your radiator to help heat things up, if it's REALLY cold.

Air filter, tires inflated properly and new plugs will help a lot more. Put 35 lbs in all 4 tires and see if the air filter is dirty. Plus, don't warm it up more than 30 seconds or you're wasting fuel. If your airflow sensor is bad it can also run rich and consume more gas.

i own a repair shop, and a car will use more gas in the real cold weather than if its above 45 degrees, and as far as the gas treatments, they wont boost your mileage ,they help remove water or condensation, but do not boost mileage, you may need a good basic tune up ,like spark plugs and maybe wires, with that many miles on it,this is a possibility ,it wouldn't hurt to have it checked ,this may have a lot to do with some of the mileage loss, good luck,i hope this help,s.

the cold is a factor. cause it shrinks the volume of the gas. so is engine wear. the gas treatment will help, but your engine will never work like new. use stp.

No they really don't.
Have your mechanic check your automatic choke system.
also, a basic tune-up will improve your vehicles performance overall.
Good luck
