Usually only when I get mad or feel really emotional about something. I don't generally incorporate much profanity in my normal speech.

I consider my self a lady ,but when i open my mouth i sound like a sailor.
and the funny thing ,i don't let nobody cuss around me ,or i don't hang around nobody that loves to cuss.
bad habit ,need to fix.

i cuss all the time and i really really hate it i think it is very ugly and i am trying hard to stop doing it or at least not as much..its a very bad habit
