My Ipod is frozen =( ive tried the menu play button thingy but it didn't work, and yes, ive checked to make sure its not on hold

Please help!

Put it in the oven so it could melt.

your ipod needs to be updated. Same thing happend to me. Plug it into the computer and in itunes it should pop up the updates if not you can just find it, depending on which itunes version you have. It will restore your ipod and then just re-add the songs back onto it.

And another thing may be charging it:)

try to refresh it one more time menu and middle button till u see apple logo if tht don't work try updating ur ipod and if tht don't work restore the factory settings...this will delete all ur songs and stuff but usually fixing the problem

connect it to your computer and if it doesnt react try restoring your software if it still doesnt work leave it plugged in it might just need to charge for a little bit

this happened to my friend once- and believe me- we were freaked- but n e ways- the way she got it to work was that she just plugged it in the computer!

It happened to mine. just let the battery die and then plug it back into the computer after the battery died. that's all.
