there already is i believe it came with the wii but if you mean like all-star baseball or the mlb games i think probably.... check ign.com and go to wii then release dates

there actually is one but it more of a demo
you dont run to bases just hit the ball and pitchs
i like hitting the ball better. its also got golf bowling boxing (thats fun) and tennis
