he he. tell her to go to the rest room, move the bath mat out of the way, squat down on the floor, and push (kinda like goin to the bathroom, but thru the front), after a few tries she should be able to feel around in there and pull it out. if it doesn't work then you're just gonna have to bite the bullet and take her to the hospital.

If this is a serious question than I would go to the doctor. It might be embarrassing but trust me they have seen worse. I dont know how familiar you are with the female body but there is no way the condom can be that far inside her body. The opening to the cervix is so tiny like the size of a pencil eraser. Maybe she should try it when she is relaxed and not in a panic. If not I suggest you go to a emergency room. Its not worth getting a serious infection. In the future try to make sure your condoms dont " get lost inside of her".
Maybe its just that the condom got lost in the bed sheets and she is irritated from the sex or allergic to the condom you used.
Good Luck

It probably is inside of her - that can happen easily.
Just something else not mentioned: she should probably take EC (which is available without a prescription if you're over 18) that way she doesn't get pregnant. Unless she's on the pill, then you should be okay.

Im thinking that you should probably go to the doctor, before a sreious infection occurs, sometimes depending how you are, when your "finished" you usually become a little limp, so you should hold the condom while you pull out. But go to the doctor.

Reach in and see if you can get it out. If you can't, get to a doctor. You don't want to leave it in there for too long, especially since she is having discomfort and pain.

Do not try to remove it yourself! Go to the ER, like the previous guy said, or the OB/GYN...but seriously, do not do it yourself!

Stick her fingers in there and fish it out, or you get down there and help her for gods sake.
