I imagine it will burn like heck! I would expect irritation and redness. Blistering could happen if it remained in contact with the skin for an extended period of time.

That's a creative mix... I wouldn't recommend getting it on your skin if it can be avoided, the results could be very painful and hard to explain at the hospital. If you've already applied it, wash it off NOW.

car battery acid is sulfuric acid. You will get a 3rd degree chemical burn that would require skin grafts.
