Sounds like Temporary or Temp to me ... I'm guessing this is for a resume. Talk to the people at the job agency ... they probably have a nice title for it that looks good on a resume.

Or, just call it PART TIME Title of Job, Name of Position.

Position desired means what position do you want to work at if you are hired. Do you want to be a receptionist or greeter? Appointment setter? Janitorial? What positions did they advertise that gave you the idea to fill out an application. For prior experience you'll need to get creative... not lie but be creative. Have you babysat, volunteered, worked a function at school? Did you ever do the cash box or front desk at a school play or game? Hope this gives you some ideas to start with.

Were the job really XXX there would be many and various job positions.
If your filling out apps for something, register a business name (it only costs a few bucks) using your name ie. George Jetson Consulting or whatever, and apply as self employed.

Boy that's a touchy one. If they can call you 24/7 and you work it. I would consider that on-call. If its above and beyond your reg. 8 hours.
