It's great that we have all cultures in this country because we learn to live and work with people from all over the world,we learn to eat their delicious foods, dance their music even speak some of their words but we all must understand that there is only one culture that rules this country and it is called the Constitution. As long as we all uphold it we will be alright. There are many people who are deadly enemies in their respective countries or others who have no idea of what democracy and peace mean and they have come here in search of a better life.If we lose our identity we will lose those things that make this country the refuge of the world and there will be no other place to go.

That depends if ALL the cultures involved are getting their fair share. If not, someone (usually the Whites) will get alienated.
It could be good if everyone is accepted and there is more individual freedom and expression. It is good when the Government doesn't enforce it, instead the people embrace it.

I think it is a great thing!
However, I also think that an unfortunate by product of multiculturalism by some of its members is to conclude that the white, middle class guy is the bad guy...that everything is cool and cultural except for him and his ideas...any new system must include everyone. that's what the name says, right?

excellence is what it is...
if you are inclusive because of ; color, you want to look good - be recognized, have many cultures, etc...
you might as well shoot yourself in the foot!
put multiculturalism & diversity in one hand & go poop in the other - see whicH fills up first! AT LEAST POOP HAS SUBSTANCE!

Bad idea!!! I don't WANT to have to accept someone else's culture and beliefs. I can do and believe what I want.
