Yes, you can bring electrical items to Indonesia.
But Rice Cooker. I would NOT do that.
Not because of the regulation or whatever, but it's quite big and I cant imagine how huge is your luggage would be if you bring all stuffs like this.
To tell you the truth you can buy new Rice Cooker, when you are here in Indonesia. It's a lot cheaper and practical. Promise!!!

HI,
bringing rice cooker?? you are wasting your baggage allowance.
if you plan to have a long stay in Indonesia, the only electrical item I can think of is laptop, other than that, just buy in Indonesia.
Which city will you be in? If you gonna stay in city then my asnwer is applicable....unless you work with oil company / mining company and reside in remote area....

yup, you definetely can. i've brought a rice cooker form singapore last year. no problem at all. but in indonesia we use 220 voltage, so maybe you need a converter. oh and you also may need a plug-in, 'cause in indonesia our plug-in is the two holes one. but you can also buy plug-in in indonesia, it's very cheap.
