If you waited too long between defrags then it will always be this way. But keep defragging so it doesn't get worse.

The defragment tool supplied with Windows is not that much good. Try third party tools like system mechanic. The tool is damn good. More than defragmentation it contains 100's of utilities. Checkout http://www.iolo.com

dude, dont even use that defrag thing. It does work but not necessary. As long as your computer is not dead or not doing crazy things then you wont need to defrag your computer.
