3x < -33, so x < -11 AND 3x > 24, so x > 8

You're looking for all numbers which are less that -11 AND greater than 8. No such number exists, so the answer is "no solution".

Hey, did you read my answer to your "or" question? I already explained what happens with "and" Use - rather than the word negative:

Solutions (same processes as shown before) are
x < -11 and x > 8.

It can't be both of these, so there are no values of x that satisfy the first and the second.
