When I turn on my iPod (Nano) and go into music> then to songs> and press the center button to listen... it will go to say, number 3, but it automatically changes to #4, thn 5,6,7,8,9,10 and it just keeps going... it doesn't stop on one song or play anything it continuously changes the song with out stopping or playing.. WHAT DO I DO??? I've heard it was on shuttle or scanning... HOW DO I GET IT OFF?!?!?!? HELP PLEASE, I'M DYING!!!

connect it to your computer and when itunes pops up itll show the page with your ipod and how much memory youve used up etc. if you look youll see a buttin that says restore click restore and itll delete your software and reinstall it and then itll start puting music back on if that doesnt solve your problem just email me and ill be glad to help

like the person above said restore the factory settings by hitting the restore button and this will delete and restore everthing like new

the same thing happened to me!!!!then it froze and turned off!if you get a good answer email it to me cuz i need help too.
