Many people are posting the news of the death of Anna Nicole Smith, and that's good. I like to see people showing their care and gratitude for her, but THEN, some answers of these questions relating to her is ridiculous. Some people are stating negative statements at her. Come on, this is a very kind person who past away, no jokes should be intended. When a person dies, you DON'T say "She/He deserves it". Anyone agree?

I wasn't aware of other people posting about her death aside from the yahoo site news posting. I think that people should show more respect towards others and especially to those whom cannot defend themselves.

I agree that negative statements about her are sad, they say as much about the person who makes the comment as they do about Anna. I do not know Anna personally and certainly I think her death is tragic.

I'm disheartened by ALL of it. Soldiers die in Iraq, nobody cares, Anna Nicole Smith dies, it's breaking news! I don't like it when ANYONE passes away, but personally there are 1 billion or more people I'd look up to as an example of how to live my life than her. And I'm getting tired of all the questions tonite: Was there a drug overdose? Do you think someone killed her? How did she die? WE DON'T KNOW YET!!!!!!! This is the last question related to her I'm gonna answer tonite. I'd rather talk about something important.

The reality is that Anna Nicole Smith gained her noteriety through the sex industry. Her very public private life revealed a troubled woman on many levels. You simply can't separate that from her death. Is it a tragedy? Of course it is. Did her self destructive behavior factor in to her premature death? Highly likely. Is it a surprise she died young? No.

I don't usually think you should say they "deserved it" unless its hitler or charles manson or someone like that. At the same time I don't think just because she died we should attribute false virtues to her either. Just be honest good or bad the truth is what matters. I don't wan't people making up a bunch of malarkey about how good I was when I die. I know I haven't done sh*t for anyone. So just be real. Say what you like and don't like. Those other people are just trying to get attention.

I agree, she is a human being first & didn't deserve to die. No one has a right to say that she did. Shame on them!!! Now her baby doesn't have a mother & she is gone at 39. That is so tragic. No matter what choices she may have made in her life, she still is a child of God & like all of us has good in her. God Rest Her Soul!

I do agree. I think we are judging and that in itself is wrong. On top of that we didn't really know her all we knew what the T.V. showed us. We don't know if she was a caring and giving person. The sad thing is we don't care. We need to think about how we would want people to view us when we pass....

I agree...it doesn't matter how bad a person might have been, you just can't say that they deserved death. If they get life sentence in prison, then it's okay (if they REALLY deserved it) to say "he/she deserves it", but it's so disrespectful to say that when someone dies. Reminds me of the people in Chile who were celebrating with champagne(is that how you spell it?) when Pinochet died...I'm so glad I wasn't there when it happened

I agree its insane to bash a dead person! What is the point they are trying to make?! None of these ever knew her personally, like she would have even given them the time of day, or maybe she would have, they sre just jealous and trying to get points anyway.
