um no - the pill only makes you stop ovulating - I don't think they are made to make you induce your period. She can call her Dr. for the Abortion pill who can call it into the pharmacy.

No, it will not cause a miscarriage, but maybe a deformed baby, so don't take them. You need to go to a clinic or doctor's office and get the abortion pill, RU-486. It's active ingredient is Mifepristone, which as you can see is not the same active ingredient in ortho.
Good Luck

The first bitrh control I tried was Ortho Tri Cyclen. It caused alot of bleeding for me and made me very sick with severe cramps. I never had cramps before that. I also had some acne and I was terribly moody. I don't reccommend this pill. The pill that works for me is Yasmin. I have beautiful skin, no cramps at all, and my period is light and lasts only 4 days max.

No, it won't cause a miscarriage. Tell your friend to visit her doctor to discuss her options. If your friend has no doctor, she can make an appointment at a Planned Parenthood clinic to discuss her options. If nothing else, Planned Parenthood has a credible website she can use to research what is and isn't effective at this point in her pregnancy.

DO NOT TAKE THOSE PILLS! believe it or not, your can overdose on bc pills. 4 will make you puke your brains out, and any more than that and her stomach will need to be pumped. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid it's too late to stop the pregnancy that way. She should call a prgnancy help line to find out all her options.
