Where can I find the program to flash my xbox 360 hard drive? I need this because I need to start backing up my games. I just wasted $240 dollars on 4 games that are defected now, and now they dont play, so again I have to backup my games somehow!

You will face more problems than just flashing your drive.
First: The Xbox 360 discs are in a special format and cannot be read by your normal DVD drive. So if you can't read your discs, you can't copy them.

Second: You need a hardware adapter to connect the drive to your PC and download a special controller software.

Third: You need a hacked Firmware that is specific to the make of your Xbox disc drive. You need to read a hardware-code from the drive, patch the hacked firmware and flash it back.

These steps are not trivial, and its very possible to have a $350 doorstop that can't be repaired for free.

If your game discs are broken, ask the Microsoft hotline. They will replace your defective discs for a very small fee.

So you don't need backups if you get cheap replacements.
