What exercise do you reccomend for this?

bench press, push ups, and for the neck and shoulder shoulder shrugs

I'm not sure you can "Widen" your shoulders, but as far as working out the chest, i most definitely would suggest Push ups.
I'm X-Army and have "Pushed the Earth" many times. My chest size has increased three fold since joining.
You can work out your shoulders by simply doing Shrugs.
Do all exercise in moderation, Good luck

shoulders
off the shoulders/above the head barbell presses

chest
flies, bench presses, (straingt, inclined, decline), and push ups.
