Until age one babies should primarily get the amount of formula or breast milk but you said bottles so formula they need. The food is just for intoducing and practicing a new way of eating. The 5 servings of fruits and veggies doesn't really start until 12 months as far as solid food goes just relax and feed her what she is interested in, it shouldn't be her main source of food. No more than 4 ounces of juice is recommended and she should be drinking about 24 ounces of formula that's the most important thing and also so long as she is progressing properly with her weight which the doctor will track i am sure she is fine. Dont' wake her up at night that will just set you up for a hard time, if she will sleep let her if she wakes and acts hungry just give her a bottle but by now she should be able to sleep through the night. Sometimes they just need a caress when they wake.

Put her on a schedule, it may take time but it will help you both in the long run. To prevent those late night feedings back off on the formula and get the other foods in during the day and give her a bottle around 1 before a 2:00 nap let her sleep no more than 1-2 hours, then wake her and give her other fruits and veggies and maybe another bottle. Save the cereal until the last meal before bed, give her mostly cereal, some formula and a bath before 8-9pm bedtime. The bath will keep her awake a little while but she will be pleasantly full, maybe more formula just before bed and snuggles. Try to do the same every night around the same time, as my kids got older we added a book at bed time, they start yawning before it's done. Don't worry if you don't get all the foods into her, she'll be fine, she'll let you know what she wants and doesn't want to eat as you offer it to her. Good Luck! =)

Less bottles, and less juice. I dont think she is supposed to get 10 oz! Maybe 4 to 6 oz. As long as she is gaining sufficient weight you dont have to follow the guidelines so strictly. They are just that, guidelines. If she doesnt take that extra couple of ounces or so she will be fine, unless your pediatrician says she isnt healthy.
