From the Cavs point of view, YES!!!
Trading a aging, slowing Z and an injury prone Larry Hughes for probably the most versatile big man (not to mention the most hungry for a title) KG would be a fantastic trade.
KG and Lebron together would be a dream come true!

NO WAY. Kevin Garnett might be good but he is not m.j. IIgauskas is a threat in the paint and Larry Hughes can get some of that defense on him and open up the key. That would be a silly trade in my opinion

It would be great for the Cavs but i dont see this happening because Minny gets the short end of the deal. Hughes carries a large contract, injury prone and plays ricky buckets position. Z is painfully slow and an injury away from retirement. But who knows, McHale has done far worse decisions before so its anyones guess right now.

the cavs should rather look for perimeter shooters to bolster up their offense. eric snow, david wesley, damon jones? these guys would not get 15 minutes of playing time elsewhere. get a jason kapono type of player.

what happens to the wolves? ship KG and time to rebuild.

the cavs need an outside shooter to compliment the drivng lebron james. Drew Gooden may not be the best but he is a capable PF. And Z, because of the lack of good big men in the east is valuable.

No, the Cav's shouldn't. KG and LJ would be a great tandem, but how much would that cost the Cav's and being a small market team the price would consume them and anything less than a championship every year would be a financial disaster!

No because of the fact he could desire to guard rather properly on the fringe. They have been given enormous Ben yet they have already got a shielding minded middle with Anderson Varejo(area-prepare-Bob the flopper). Hughes is terrible offensively yet could desire to grant RIP Hamilton and Billups fits together with his length.

Kevin Garnett would play good with LB but i think i would need to trade for a sg too. also i dont think minnesota would trade KG for them!

kevin mchale must be really drunk if he made this trade. larry and Z for KG? are you kidding? cleveland would have to throw the entire team and draft picks at minnesota in order for them to EVEN CONSIDER trading KG. this is how good KG is.

KG>>>Hughes+Z+Gibson+Gooden+Verajao+1st round draft pick. point is besides lebron, cleveland really have no good players to trade.

I definitaly think the Cavs should try. However, I think Minnesota should try to get someone of more value than Z and Larry.
