jeep cherokee shock replace?

how do i do it do i have to jack my jeep up off the ground? is there any website that can help me step by step its a 1990 jeep cherokee 4.0

Jack up the vehicle. Unbolt the shock at the top. Unbolt the shock at the bottom. Remove shock.

Installation is the reverse.
