For next weeks show (2-15-07) what do you think will happen with the Mer fallign into the water thing?
I personally think that McDreamy will throw himself into the water, risk his life, and save Mereideth. And then Mer will go, "OH DEREK! I LOVE YOU! MARRY ME!" and he will go, "YES! Merideth, i love you so much!"
But... that's just me

Wishful thinking.
The little blonde girl will go and find Derek and he will eventually discover that Meredith is in th water and he will in fact dive after her and pull her to safety.
I don't expect any great "I love you"s, but; it will go back to his statement that he will always be her "Knight in Shining whatever."
Meanwhile, people are talking about the possibility that the girl could be Izzie's daughter, Sarah. It is not likely but it could happen, if the writers forget that she is supposed to thirteen years old at this point.
Izzie will do brain surgery on the guy in the car with a black and decker cordless drill. George will go on looking for Christopher to make his patient happy.
Alex will find out that the pregnant woman will die if she goes into labor.
My guess is Meredith will have a concussion from her fall and Derek may have to operate on her. Tough call as to if they should let him perform the surgery on his girlfriend or not.
Mark will have to assist on the pregnant lady, her face.
Callie will get the guy with the broken leg on the pier.
Preston will get Izzie's patient assuming he makes it to the hospital.
Miranda's patient will need Richard to help out.
The clinic will get crazy as the try and keep people calm in the midst of so much confusion and Yang will have to help settle things down before assiting on Meredith's case.
My guess is they will work Ellis in on this matter too. Preston was supposed to operate on her but now Meredith is not there to give her consent.
It should be insane.

I'm hopin she does get saved just in time. It looks like O'Malley wont be able to find the lil boy. Not sure if the O'Malley/Torres thing will last long. Curious what's gonna happen with the trapped guy and Stephens. Not quite sure what to think of the prego woman------wondering if the baby is ok/will make it to term. WIll have to see next week.

i think that mcdreamy will save her because it relates back to the beginning of the episode. i am not to sure about the marry me part though. also that little girl is weird

what about the guy that izzie was working on.... i think that she will end up getting his freinds to somehow push the car of off him and she will save him....as for meridith i definitly think that derek will save her and then she will tell him what was bothering her

yes well i hope she regains consisnist and swims to the top. but i got really mad when that one girl just walked away and the dude who pushed her. and im for sure they wont make her die. its her show. but if my plan doesnt work yours are my back up!!!
