Ibuprofen (Advil) is not highly toxic. Acetaminophen (aka paracetamol, Tylenol) is worse, and can cause liver damage, kidney damage, and potential death in dosages of 4g in a day. The limits for toxicity aren't that much more than the effective dosage, so don't ever take too much Tylenol.
If you are thinking of harming yourself with it though, you're much more likely to cause kidney damage than death, and would have to live with daily kidney dialysis until receiving a kidney transplant, and then take anti-rejection drugs daily. It's not a good way to go.

Are you purposely trying to damage your liver? Or do you think you accidentally took to many and you are concerned? I really don't want to say to much in case you are purposely trying to hurt yourself. If you think you took to many on accident then e mail me, we'll talk.
