I was downloading songs on my ipod and i was using my sisters cord thing.It worked fine but then when i went to listen to my music it started flipping through the songs real quick by itself and then it froze at fergalicious.then it froze and would not move AT ALL!Then it just turned off.my ipod was perfectly charged and it was not on sleep mode.the computer actually turned off right at the end do you think that was the problem?if not give me hints plzz!!!i am desperate!!!i feel like im gonna die!!i havent listened to my MCR music in like 2 weeks!

its prolly a virus on your computer if the computer turned off also id try to figure out if its a virus if not then id try to connect it again and restore your ipod and if that doesnt work or you have any questions just email me

try plugging it back in and updating it. if tht don't work and u can get it on then refresh it ( press the menu and miccle button down at the same time and wait for appple logo) and if tht don't work then u'll have to restore factory settings and tht will delete all ur songs and stuff and tht usually takes care of it if thts absolutly wat u have to do....good luck and hope i helped
