If he wants to pretend he is scared of you to mess with you then give him something to be scared about. Don't take it up the ***. Get a good alibi then go kick the **** out of him really bad or have your friends do it. Make sure he knows that if he's f*ckin with you he's putting his own life at risk. He'll back off real quick. Just cover your *ss. Get whitnesess to prove you didn't do it. Thats what I'd do. Thats how a man does it. serious as a heart attack.

Hey if I were you, I would go talk to a prosectuting attorney about a harrassment charge. I am going to assume you are not a minor. Just explain the whole situation, leaving out no details. Maybe you could even get a Personal Protection Order against the other person and then he would have to stop making false accusations against you. (or he too, would be arrested)

Make sure you are always accountable for your time (reciepts, witnesses, etc.). Once he's proven to make a false accusation, a judge or the cops will no longer take your "victim" seriously. This could be very important because if you're convicted (assuming you live in Illinois -- Go Bears) a second conviction is a class 4 felony.

First and foremost, DON'T plead guilty. It will all come out in the end. When he is proven to have falsified the cases, take him to civil court and get a restraining order on him, so that future situations will be on record. Good luck

You need a good attorney, and the sooner the better. It's awful, this happens because officials go on hear say and they should not.

Good luck!
