After globalisation a flood of MNC's has come in India and they take the work of minimun 12 to 15 hours a day although they provide huge amount of money but a person could not get the time to spend that money. This leads to frustation and depression.

I'm sorry to hear that is happening to you. In the US many of our jobs are going to your country because of the cheaper wages. This is the doing of the extremely wealthy (net worth > 100M U$). It amounts to financial slavery. They are using this opportunity to depress the wages in the US and demand more overtime. So now we also work > 12 hrs/day and sometimes more than 80hrs/wk just to stay alive.

I imagine prices for commodities are now rising in your area as they are falling in my area, but ultimately, only the ultra rich have the time to live a life.

I don't know how to do it, but I think the solution is to redistribute the wealth of the world more uniformly.

If you are given the chance to help, take it. NO, you may not be able to spend the money earned immediately, but I can bet you your last dollar that after everything you see while earning the money, you will spend your money differently thne you would have before.
