Check all of your connections. This is usually because something isn't connected right. If that doesn't work, try to find another monitor to hook it up to to see if it works.

So your computer is on and NOT in sleep mode after you power it on? or is it your monitor that goes into its own sleep mode (for computer its hibernate)???

if its your computer (check this by getting a converter from monitor input cable to the 3 color cable for the back of your tv, and try running your pc on your tv. If the pc gets into windows then your monitor has a problem.

if its your computer that has the problem even after you tried the tv method, its most likely that there is a problem in the hardware/software. Call a computer mechanic.

Best ones are 1800 geek squad or something like that just search in yahoo. Their prices are a bit high, but once they fix it, its fixed and wont happen again.

maybe the wires are not connected right or maybe the connecter to the computer is loose. So check if its connected or see if the monitor wire is not loose by shaking the cable around. Usually the monitor should work right away as soon as you start the monitor. Im guessing its saying that there are not signal going to the monitor so that is maybe why the monitor always goes to sleep.

This is usually caused by either the graphics card or a loose connection.

If your graphics card is integrated, go to wal-mart get a cheap one and try it.

i might say it is great. although you do no longer elect to divulge your laptop to extreme temperatures, it is greater effective to divulge it to chilly than to warmth. Server rooms and community closets are often stored chilly to maintain kit working at optimal overall performance.
