That depends upon how you define the space mathematically.

A "straight" line is a mathematical concept, much like "plane" or "point." Because it is only a man made concept, you are able to conceptionalize a line that is both straight and infinitely long.
It obviously isnt anything we can realistically do.
In some theories it is thought that if we traveled fast enough and long enough in a "straight" line we would circumvent our universe and end up where we started. That doesn't seem too intuitive to me, but, then again, I don't have any idea where we would end up.

a circle is an infinite line but it does not necessarily mean that it is the only possible way to draw an infinite line, you can draw a straight infinite ine if you want

This depends on the geometry of the space in which you are drawing the line...
