Yes, it sounds like a strong name, and a classy name. Marcus and James are both boys' names that actually sound MALE, which is a good thing to me. I'm so tired of "unisex" names where you don't know if it's a boy or girl, like Taylor. I'm also tired of "trendy" names, but Marcus and James are both classics, and definitely would never be mistaken for a girl. :) Good name choices. Best wishes for your baby boy!
