Ive got a friend who is incredibly square and Id still like to be friends with her partly because she doesn't have many others. She is incredibly square and gets offended at the smallest things and never gets any of mine or my friends jokes. Plus when shes around she puts my other friends a little on edge. Should I just ditch her as a friend or should I try and make her less square somehow?

Yeah that's a tough one. I don't think you can change her as she's clearly into just being herself. I would casually ease out of the friendship unless you're content with being friends with her without your other friends being around. If she makes them uncomfortable, it won't be much fun to hang out with all of them.

You shouldn't ditch her because you're probably her only friend. I have a very square friend, and she got me into some of her square interests. She's probably the best influencing person I know.If everyone was cool, the world would be less interesting.

I have a friend like that too. She is older than me
and never wants to go do anything but go out to eat
at the same places over and over. I've invited her
to bars and concerts and other stuff. She doesn't even come to my house. So, she is a really good friend that
I go out to eat with. I figure, she is who she is, and if I can't love her for that, then I shouldn't love her at all. I do limit my time with her, to just me and her, though.

Ditch. The world is full of squares. She'll make friends.

I'd accept them as they were and continue to be friends.

You should try to make her a little more well rounded.
