RAR is a type of compression. You can download WinRAR to uncompress the file.

Very similar to Winzip... BUT BETTER!!
Winzip doesn't automatically 'preserve' those folders within folders you have carefully organized things into..
It can be downloaded for free, I think someone has already provided a link...
Compresses files - great especially for sending or uploading multiple files in the one upload!!
