I am now on my third fleet car. All have been Impalas (2003, 2005, & now 2007). The only constant issue with my 2005 was that the tires had to be rebalanced every 7-10,000 miles. My fleet maintenance plan called for oil changes every 5000 miles, rotating tires every 10,000 miles, and the standard transmission and fuel filter maintenance. I drive about 950 miles per week (90% highway miles). The cars run great! I personally would have rotated the tires a little sooner and probably switched to synthetic oil, but despite the maintenance plan, no issues.

I have a 02 Impala with 60k. The only thing I have had to replace is tires. Very dependable and 30 mpg. I would buy another one.

I prefer the Impala, although both cars are great...I have a 1970 GTO Judge convertible...You would like it too!

Impala, quite good. Unreliable cars do not usually see police duty.

The Malibu, very bad. The new one is supposed to be better, but only time will tell.
