Immigration problem because there are many aliens trying to enter Canada as tourists and remained to look for jobs.
Government is coordinating with US authorities regarding global warming since many factories along the border are causing pollution.

Honestly, I think that you should look into the drug controversy of the 4 pillars especially "Harm Reduction"
The INSITE program had received an extention from the Federal Government in September of 2006 for another 6 months. So some time in March 2007 there should be a announcment from the Federal Governemnt if they are gonna continue funding such program. I believe that it would make a good interview.
