It is in the prospectus. The company provides all of this information to potential investors. You can get it from your stock broker.

before a company is legally allowed to go public and therefore publicly quote is shares on a regulated market (ie the Stock Exchange) it must publish a PROSPECTUS to the general public. This is infact one of the conditions in relation to the Listing Rules that every company must abide prior to going public. From there the potential investor can get a clear picture of the overall worth of the company, its going concern, its past performance, profitability and cash flow situations as well as its growth potential.

You can always check out the Market Capitalization (often abbreviated Market Cap) statistic, which is basically a dollar value of the companies worth based upon the price per share mutiplied by the number of shares outstanding.

As it goes public, it will be sold for a price decided by the company and listed in the prospectus.
Once the stock is trading, the market buyers and sellers will determine it's worth at any given moment.

I think that the company/corp. that helps this company publicly list in the stock exchange always has the results of the IPO, after initial public offering takes place. Also, the company's webite has that info. under investor info. links.
