I'm not sick, I'm not dead, maybe need more oxygen going to my nails too let them breathe...Any other suggestions?

Hi!!!
This could mean several things. One, your body temperature dropped, due to the weather, being cold. Cold weather, constrict the blood vessels, cutting the oxygen supply needed and a healthy blood flow!!! So as the blood has difficulty filling up the blood vessels, the blood under your nails looks blue or purple, due to the composition and combination of red and white blood cells.
When a person is lacking OXYGEN, on any part of the body or in the whole body , it turns blue/purple, for the same reason, that composition and combination between red and white cells is altered. The pinkish color on skin is determine by the count of red blood cells, being active and reproducing in the body.
Lack of OXYGEN, avoids and makes difficult, the reproduction and activity of the same!

It means that u bruised the skin under it and blood is drying or will dry under your nail. It will go away eventually. it happons to me all the time. did u slam it in a door or something?

blood and oxygen are not getting all the way out to the ends of your capillaries.....you need to see a Dr. ASAP. He needs to check your lungs and the pumping of your heart. I hope it all turns our well for you.

well you might have bad circulation, and not to scare you but it can be a sign of a heart condition, go and get it checked out if it does not go away in the next week.

try opi. i have the dark purple nail polish from them and ive seen the lightblue in the store which carries opi :] it's about $7.50 a bottle but it's worth it
