something with her favorite color or her birthstone on it or in it.Maybe something that shows you pay attention to things she has told you.

I think it would depend on if she "likes you" too. Don't come on too strong and get a crap load of flowers. Something simple will be good. I prefer one single red rose rather than a dozen.
If she's not in to you like you are in to her then maybe a plant and don't forget the card! Plants last longer than flowers, it'll keep her thinking of you. :)
