Absolutely! Really you have nothing to worry about. The doctors are very intelligent and know what they are doing. They do surgeries all the time. Just take a deep breath, pray a little prayer(if you do that sort of thing), and tell yourself it will all be ok! Just don't worry, it will be over before you know it! Good luck, get lots of rest afterwards, take it easy, and let all of your friends and family take care of you while you recover.

I had a hysterectomy in dec it was my first surgery and i was scared to death but the worst was AFTER the surgery AFTER I got home and the pain killers wore off otherwise i didn tfeel a thing in the hospital they numbed my hand beofre putting in the iv and everything so it was no big deal, i feel like a big baby now that its done cuz it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be..it will be done before you know

i use to be scared to dealth to even go to the dr. but remember they are there to help while your haveing surgery you want have no problems the worst problem is the fear of not noing whats going to happen but i can asure you that every thing will be fine now the staff might spoile you a little bit but that will be o k because your special
