my nails are sooo short. its obvious i bite them. do you think an employer would rather see a french manicure on acrylics? I am interviewing at a nonprofit organization.

NO! Short, trim neat looking nails are very appealing and give you credibility.

YES> Employers always look to appearance when hiring someone. Make sure your nails are clean, cut. Employers ALWAYS look to someone's nails becuase it says a lot about their cleanliness, organizational skills. and general personality.

if you do get acrylics get them short...they look alot better then the really long ones
