Your "resume" sounds impressive. Excellent SAT scores, leadership and community service are all essential. My guess is that you would make a great student at leading colleges!

Other factors that Ivy Leagues will look at are personal essays (as you mentioned), letters of recommendation, GPA and possible interviews.

Difficult to say. Why? Because you leave out key details, like GPA, and # AP classes, and AP scores. And even with an astronomical GPA, 10+ AP classes, a bucketload of extracurriculars, and perfect SATs, your chances are far from guaranteed. I had all those things, yet I was rejected from Harvard (though I got into Princeton). And if you're going to apply as an international student, if you want any chance you're going to need some kind of world-wide recognition.

The upside is, even if you don't get into HYP, you can find a very good education elsewhere, and getting in for grad school is 100 times easier. And that's what really matters, in the long run.

Well there have been many students who have wonderful SAT/ACT scores, ranked top 10 in their class and maybe have wrote awesome essays. Some colleges like to also see if you had any extracurricular activites or were active in the community. So your chances are pretty high. I'm from Texas and I believe by law, if you graduate in top 10% of your class then you should be admitted to the school of your choice.

Even assuming a 4.0 unweighted GPA, I'd say about 0% chance.

SAT is far too low and you barely have any extra curricular activities to speak of. Certainly not enough to make up for your SAT score. Being Asian doesn't help much either. I'm going to assume your family isn't dirt poor either.
