What gift I should send to my girlfriend in a different city?

I was transferred to another city for about 6 months, so I can not be with her at this coming Valentines' Day, please note

1. It's impossible for me to just fly back to her city, I have to work and I have aranged the Feb. 17th flight.

2. It's could not be jewelry, I just bought her a diamond ring for New Years' present.

3. It's better to be sent to her city, I think that will be more romantic.
