im 14 and have had my period for 2 years. but i am still a 34A. what can i do to increase there size.

you r boobs are FINE! dont become your own victum of society ! if you must increase your bust... incline pushups or any excersize for your pec muscles will give you a nice centerline so they appear larger. but for now dont worry run ,wear a t shirt with no bra,jump rope and do all the things bigger boobed women CANT do and wish they could. your boobs will be huge "much later" after you have kids.

They'll grow for a few more years yet. Weight also has a lot to do with breast size. If you're too thin, no boobs. Breasts are made of fat, so make sure you're a healthy weight. No offense, but at 14 you're still a child and still growing.
Give it time. You're body won't stop growing until you're about 21. Try not to get all caught up in breast size. Your bra number doesn't help you grow as a person. Make people look you in the eye when they talk to you, not your chest. Trust me, nothing is worse then some idiot guy chatting to my breasts and not my face.

Sorry, but "getting" bigger boobs gives me an image of going into a store and buying a rack of the rack. It made me giggle.
Anyway, you are still growing, dear. Wait until you are 18, and see what size they are at that time.

give it time. some ppl are slow developers. try chicken fillets in ur bra. thatll give u temporary big boobs til they naturally develop. i eat a lot of chicken, and im a C cup. so mayb u could try eating chicken.
but seriously hun, big boobs arent all theyre cracked up to be.

Let your body grow up.
You breasts, your height and everything else about your body is genetically programmed. You can't change it, you can't speed it up and you can't slow it down.
What you can do, though, is change how you think about your body. Embrace it, no matter how you see it, embrace it. It's yours and it's your respopnsibility to take care of it.

nothing, let them grow. women don't stop growing until around 20 so you have plenty time. you may stay the size you are or get bigger. give it some time and relax.
